I'm sorry for the misunderstanding...I had presumed that this post was explanatory enough about our current capacity to do an installation for you:

12 cars at one time in our R&D shop is about our limit! Scatter about a dozen different Ecotec drivelines around too and, well...we is FULL!
Apparently what did not get across is that this meant we'd call you when we are able to get your car in...and we aren't able yet. For what it's worth, the weather here for the last couple weeks has been so bitter that the vehicles here been pretty much locked in the building...we don't dare even take any outside in such extreme conditions. Perhaps I could have been more specific about when we'd contact you than than 'shortly'. Again, my apologies for any misunderstanding. Our installation services are something we do alongside product development on an 'as can' basis...we don't employ installer technicians, my engineering staff perform the installations. We do it as a way to keep in touch with our product, and to take care of local customers with some real up close and personal service.

I will PM you and see how we can get you satisfied. Please always remember that if we are not able to answer the phone, and you choose to not leave a voicemail, you can use any of the other alternative methods described in our phone system, such as email or fax, or PM here, . During these harsh economic times, compounded by the fact that this is slow season, the staffing level we can afford does not allow the luxury of having someone always available for the phone.

People waited so long for a great reputable CAI that it's going to be a while before Hahn offers a GB on these. Thats a few weeks of not shipping them out and I don't see it happening for a month or two. Too many people want these NOW and I don't blame them for not doing one now. I wouldn't.

Installed the charge piping today...Just wanted to say nice looking product

Instructions just showing which goes where would be nice, though after comparing the old to the new was pretty easy to figure out.

One of the T-Bolts must've been missing, I didnt have a smaller T-Bolt for the turbo connection, ended up re-using the factory so no big dealer.

BTW: Do you have any yellow Hahn stickers instead of red?

does anyone know if the hahn piping is able to use with a HKS BOV or do you have to have it ported for the BOV to go on im wondering what these holes are for on the side of the pipes since i havent installed mine yet their just sitting in my house waiting for my intake to get here so i can do it all at once.

I just installed a set of these pipes today.

Pipes very nice, quality finish, smooth bends, nice weld. very nice lips on pipes, all hardware present and accounted for.

No instructions or diagram of ANY kind.

I recommend rerouting your EVAP plastic hose underneath the coolant line to keep it from being in contact with hot air pipe.

The turbo outlet adapter was too large for the outlet by easily 3/16". I needed to fabricate a spacer to install on turbo outlet before the adapter would fit properly.(owner has pics)

The hot air pipe where it makes the bend over the engine to go down to the intercooler makes hard contact with hood under certain driving conditions. (we clearanced the hood, there are pics)

I chose to replace a radiator support bracket bolt with a shorter one to avoid potential contact.(I think there are pics)

Holes are for your TMAP and pressure hose.

Thats essentially al you do, but if your looking for a half hour install, or thinking its like installing a short ram....its NOT.
