so that white piece you see from the top side comes out... in the one switch you can do anything with it from the bottom side because of the black piece for the connector

Ok that little white part should just turn and pop right out. Is there a slot on the white piece? If so they are the same thing as the brown pieces in my how to. To get them out just use a small flat head screw driver and turn it and it will come out. You need them so make sure you don't brake it. Find a tool to bend the stock leds metal prongs and take the led out then put your colored 3mm in and work the prongs into the slots on the white piece. Then just turn it back in and your set. If you want to test it before you put everything back togeter just go out to your car and plug it in and turn on your Day time runinng lamps and everything should light up. If not check the conection on the led and make sure you get 12v leds! I can't stress that enough. if you can't find them use this site. http://ordering.digikey.com/ordering...&source=search GO to their live chat and they will get you the product number.

For the 09 steering wheels What you need to get are called suface mount leds. Im not sure on the size because iv never did an 09. I know that the stock raido has them and so do the stock gauges. Here is a great site for ordering them. http://www.ledtronics.com/Products/cat1.aspx?P=C0D10
They come in a wide selection of sizes. Iv never opened up the steering wheel of the 09s. Do they have the regular 3mm leds in side? If they do just replace those. If not get the surface mount ones.

Any more questions feel free to ask

Dam lol cellophane works but some times its a bitch to get right. Dam if you lived close I would help you out NP. A sharpie works too but it fades with time. I didn't know the 09s had the little leds >< They are a PITA to work with.
