Can we confirm the center to center measurement on the FE5 endlinks? I measured my stock links to be 10", not 9.5" or the 9.86" that seems to be advertised on aftermarket replacement links.

In any case, I followed Powergrid's latest instructions (the one he includes with the links) and the newly adjusted links are about 9.25" center to center with neutralized preload. His old instructions on the website (the ones that say to torque 12mm to 75 ft-lb) didn't say to start with the links set to the shortest length.
