all i know is, when i did mine...3 of my pieces came out perfect....1 piece (the long trim on the passenger side) came out like crap...and now its to cold to redo it.....so ive got to wait until it warms up.

I ended up ordering the kit from GM, the guy that sold me the car was in when I went in and I got it for $180CAD, great dealership, totally didn't have to do that for me.

Does anybody ever NOT paint the little portion between the radio and the A/C? I think it looks retarded to break up the color cohesiveness of that section. A little more masking tape wouldn't kill anyone!

I would like to see some pics of it done that way, does anyone have them, or do we all just think it's cool to paint the whole piece.

I really like the way it looks. It seperates the radio from the A/C controls.

I just finished painting my glove box, gove box handle, under the steerign wheel and the side molding by the doors, look great I'm adding the pictures now

Great Cheap mod painting the interior all black! I did that on my Grand Prix. And the Glove Box handle looks SWEET!

Some one else was having a cow about that and they actually painted the middle piece black which looked ok. So yes it has been done, there are pics arround here, somewhere.....

i was going to just paint it all black and after i had the glove box off i realized how easy it was to take the handle off, so i painted the orange too... Next is the doors... when i have some time...

Is that park removable cuz i got my car on two days ago and yesterday, right next to the seat warmer button, a lil of the silver is chipped off and black is showing. Do you think the dealer should/will fix that for me? Im gonna call tomorrow...

AC and Radio Covers

How do the AC and Radio covers come off.....want to change them from gray to black when i paint my trim red.....just need to know how to get them pieces out

GM kits are black inbetween the radio and the A/C controls. It dont look too bad but it does look odd if ya have the nickel radio and stuff oh well.

i dont think you can... most peeps just traded down do the black from the different models

I would say use the color match paint, but I don't see a part numebr for it.... what color is it now? is it the lighter or darker color?
