a wile back i had a 04 cavialier 2.2 ecotec i bought a header from rk sport it looks just like the jbp header.I think rk sport bought them from jbp.any way if this is true this is a bad ass header my car gained 2 ths in the 1/8 mile with this header and i have time slips to prove it.

I love this thing haha got good top end from it and i cut off my muffler today im putting the new one on tom but wanted to have a lil fun it sounds to the tee like a supercharged wrx haha

I will try to get a copy from the customer, but it may take some time as he is not in North America at the moment.

thats all well and good.. when did he get dyno'd the first time.. was it the same shop.. where is his sheet? was it top end loss (which is bound to happen on this type of setup) or a full band loss... theres alot of missing info here

There is definetly information missing from the OCC post on lost power. I have dynoed the header and there is no question that it moves the power band lower, but it absolutely picks up torque, I will be on the dyno again with the header to do some tuning and see what the limits are w/ just the header.
As for flow, exhaust flow increased by a reduction of .22psi measured before the cat in the wideband exhaust port.
