More work than I wanted to get involved in to install a header. When I upgrade axles I will give it another shot.

Taking the valve cover off will let you access the top bolts easier, it does not mean that you can install the header from the top though... The header can only fit from underneath the car.

ps: get that header in the car and off the basement floor.

Hmm, Take passenger wheel off > take half shaft mounting bracket off > pop half shaft out from transmission. 15 minutes tops.
Thanks for the info.

You really should dedicate a full day to the install if you're doing this on your driveway. Personally, I recommend getting a shop to install it.

Lets get some vids!

If it sounds as good as you say, you may have changed my mind about this thing.

If someone made the trip to your shop, how about $500 installed?

Good price and I think a lot of people would take you up on that, sell more headers that way!

Sure we could do installs, seeing as we're good at it. I would have to up the price a tad and say $550 for a installed header. That's a killer price for a long tube header bought out right and installed!

Lets get some vids!
We will!

We're doing a production run, which means 30 days until we're completely done all 200 units. No sooner than that!

Also, the sale will be on for almost a couple months... (remainder of March, plus the entire April). If you want to get the sale price, you have to purchase immediately!

Shipping begins when we're done the full batch.

Just a random question..... Is there any risk during hard acceleration of the header hitting the firewall? If so would motor and tranny mounts cure this?

No, no risk whatsoever. Many customers still have stock mounts and some hefty numbers. The header does not contact any thing other than the cylinder head. (in the proper way)

Thats the beauty of this system, the downpipe can be the stock unit or any other downpipe manufactured by any company that installs in the stock location. Totally modular with long tube design.

Problem with that... The stock dp is one of the most restrictive parts to the exhaust. So i take it you guys dont make a dp.

Downpipe is 3.0"... Not really combining the dp with the header as the dp isn't being made in a huge batch... so I can't wheel and deal on that unit alone. A dealer might be able to work something for ya.
