Clutch...

Well, its time for a new clutch. Can barely get into gears and slips like crazy. Makes a weird ass noice when disengaging too. Any, shitty night and thats what happened. Worst part of all I had was 3rd gear home, and I got a ticket for a 50 in a 40... pulled over in my driveway.

Anyway, what clutch to get? And where to get it installed? I have 32k on stock clutch, not bad

Well that doesn't help me now. I wish you still had it. Good chance I would have bought it. Im probably going to buy a spec stage 2 plus this weekend

Sitting at a light today, car in first and clutch in waiting for it to turn green. Here a loud boom, car jerks forward and i rearended the car in front of me.. I clutch has no pressure and can't get into gear. What's the problem? Its at the dealer now. Im thinking pressure plate

The spec stage 3 or 3+/fly combo is a good clutch. Make sure when you order though that you order the XXXX-2. It is designed specifically to work with our cars. Oh, make sure you also order a new slave/throwout bearing as well. If you don't change it you WILL regret it later.

cheers

Yeah you will want to order it first. The one in your car now may be OK but 9x out of 10 it will go a few months down the road. Why not replace it when you have the clutch out to save yourself the hassle. The old school rule of thumb is always replace the throw out when replacing a clutch. Go to the your local dealer and have them order one for you. I also know that CED has them for around 90 bucks.

It is one of those
