I am getting a second ECU and need to know if there is anyone who works at a dealership (service preferably) that can flash the ECU with my VIN and OS.

I just want a second ECU programmed. I can do it myself, but it is WAY easier and saves me a ton of hassle to just have it done with a tech II. If I take the car into the dealership and tell them I want a new ECU programmed they are going to ask a bunch of questions such as "why do you need a new ECU?" which is why I am trying to find someone on here that can do it for me.

Just to clarify; the ECU is blank. No VIN and no OS which is why I need a tech II to program it with my VIN and OS.
