dude, dont go to court! That's bullshit. That's why you have a lawyer. He can take care of that. All you got to do is just act like you dont know anything. I got a ticket one time and it said a court date on there. I told the cop straight up, i'm not going to court over some bullshit like this. They can't make you do anything. Anyhow just have lawyer take care of everything, that's what he is here for.

Its simple, "**** COPS". They cause nothing but trouble

 

you can be pulled over anywhere in the state you commited the crime as long as the exact location of where the crime occured is marked on the citation...and in PA you can get rearrested 180days after your arrested the first time...sit in jail 180 days before you have to have your first hearing, then you must have a trial 360days after that the whole time of which you can be held in jail, so be lucky you live where you do...take the lumps and move on...traffic laws are for everyones safety
