Ok I've followed this yellow wingless cobalt from libertyville through gurnee to almost waukegan but stopped to turn into my driveway by delany rd a couple of times now just wondering if the person was on here. I followed him or her (wasn't able to get around to much traffic and windows are tinted) a little after 5 PM tonight.
