^ya thats what i am thinkin as well. Just slowly ruling each gakset/ line out. Those where the ONLY 2 that have EVER been touched so to speak. I was tellin AJ if this gasket and maybe a few different Vac lines doesnt fix it she is going back to stock and i am just gonna drive it instead of mod it

Do you have a dual pass? Was the tb gasket replaced? You also said you replaced the bypass and it help a little, mayeb its the valve in the blower itself that is crapping out.

He doesn't have a duel pass, and the manifold has never been taken off the car at all. The tb gasket has been changed, and the s/c gasket as well. It could be the valve in the s/c or the actuator itself is just opening the valve cause it cant hold, idk...

Ya let me know and as long as i hit the proper amount of boost i really dont care about conrolling it threw HTP...What about the MAF sensor? IF i take it to the dealer it wont do it. Its holding at the stock 12 pounds which i ran before so if i do bring it back to stock the issue wont be there and apper normal

Well what stumps me is that 3 sensors are going crazy which makes me belive that its something eletronic doing this but yet TPS is at 100%....You think its that acutator bleeding off?

Idea.... Just start switching parts out with AJ's car, make a run see if it fixes it. Then you'll know what the problem is.. That's if AJ ok's it

quick way to check the actuator is to remove the vacuum line going to it. not recommended for permanent use.

So removing that line would make it so it should stay closed, unless it was leaking up top, then it would do the same?

So i did this and took it for a drive...Hit 16-18 pounds out of 4 pulls.
Reconnected it...Went back to twelve
Did the test again with same results

The bypass valve is brand new...
