Bumber to bumber means anything and everything.

And Ceaser...my friend...that is why i save the old stuff. Not to mention Stage 2 is covered in the warrenty. Plus if they give me hassle bout it, I put stock back on, take to another dealership, and presto... Not that bigadeal to me... that is why they have warrenties.

Just for the record Ceaser (not being a smart ass) I am mechanically inclined...However since I know abs. nothing about S/C'ers I was hoping you guys could help me out, cuz I dont wanna **** something up. You guys are more knowledgable, so you know what your doing. Also, Lee and I had plans to do it NEXT saturday (that would be the 4th) that way while the blower is off, Maurice can port it. He already said he would I just have to call and remind. Him and Lee are neighbors so it works out. And then after everything is thrown on, Will does the flash. And also if you need help with your suspension parts, I know suspensions. I can do shocks/struts springs w/e it is you got. I did them on my Cavy.

BTW Will... you never answered if I would be able to use my credit card to pay for the lisence.

hummm ported don't you need a tune for that or does it not matter dude the 4th works i guess we could just throw the injectors on so that way the work is half done how much hp do you get if you port the supercharger don't worry about not knowing how to work with S/C its easy just sometimes alot of work thats all well let me know if i get the springs this week i want to throw them on then do the pulley on the 4th

Well I talked to Maurice about porting the blower. He said it doesnt really do anything as far as adding power, but rather allows the blower to breath better and get to its "fully boosted" state faster. So you reach full boost quiker. As far as a tune goes...I dunno. I wouldnt think so? He said that when you rotate the blades to the first blade (and demonstrated with his hands what he was talkn bout) that your not suppose to port more thatn that first blade. I personally am gonna go a little below that. That guy BlownBalt? the dude with the video with the SCREAMIN yellow balt, he went way larger...that y he blew his. Maurice said he ported his and i believe he has the 60lb injectors with 2.7 and exhaust much like most of you, but he said he didnt like his tune. Lee said he was gonna port his, so maybe he knows something about it that I SHOULD know. But if ya want help with the springs, dont hesitate to call. 717-2705

We have a spring compressor...the only thing is, my boss is like "need a ticket to come in blah blah" I'm afraid he might charge you labor Natrually impact gun would be usefull. I have that and the sockets. you need typical rachet and sockets to take the top mount bolts/screws/nuts off. You need a fairly small amout of tools. However, before we do anything. What kind of struts/shocks are you getting? If they are adjustable then more caution is required b/c of the hollow shaft used for adjustign. I have no experience with cut outs...so if you bought Koni Yellows...I wouldnt know where and how to cut them. And you need to look into getting upper strut mounts. I had a problem with those on my cavy. aftermarket suspension is usually stiffer, and some upper mounts cannot handle it. So do your research, cuz I dont wanna put these on and then you keep having trouble.

The story with my cavy, I had Tein springs on Tokico Dspec adjustable shock/struts. The upper mounts were stock. I had to replace the rear mounts one time on each side. Eventually the new one broke again, and on the other side, the shock blew. An ASE master tech watched me install them, cuz I did them at school so I know they were put on correctly. And another ASE master tech at work helped me when I replaced the mounts. So the only thing I can think of was the mounts being too weak from the factory to support the extra stiffness. So if you can finde stiffer mounts, like pillow mounts, or polyurethane, i deff recommend gettn them. I wil ltalk to my boss to see if we can do it on a saturday or sumthin, of we can just go there on a Sunday. He dont work on Sundays. I'll catch a sunday when Shaun is workin, and we can do al 4 in about 2 hours tops.

I would think you would have to do almost a whole conversion? I mean cuz you gotta install the after cooler, blower, intake, bypass valve. Not to mention the wiring for the ECU. I have absolutely no clue how this electronic TB works...so you gotta do that too. Considering there are 3 diff motors, Im sure GM used the same block and everything just had diff bore and internals and heads to be cost effective. So I woudl assume everything would bolt right up. I think it might be more work than neccessary. I would just slap a turbo kit on that thing.
