NE Ohio Thread FTW
Winter garage cleanout time here guys, got some parts for sale. Posting them here because I won't ship tires. Open to reasonable offers on everything, mainly just want it gone.
$200 OBO - 4 matching Fuzion HRi A/S tires, size 215/45/17 all with 7.5-8/32nd's of tread left left cost over $400 shipped for a new set. These are practically new, put on my my STi not long before I bought it and I switched them out because I didn't like how the 215's were "stretched" onto the 8" wide stock wheels. The tire shop messed up the inside lip of one of the tires when they removed them which you can see in the pictures, but the bead itself is not affected and the tire will seal. You are welcome to inspect the tires before you buy them, but the shop assured me that this wouldn't cause a problem when remounting the tires.

Damaged area, only on the inside:

Free - Set of 4 Bridgestone RE-11's in 225/45/17 that are worn to both sets of treadwear indicators. These ARE NOT suitable for street use, however still have some track/autocross life in them. They are free to whoever gets them out of my way, first come, first serve, no holding for anyone.

$50 OBO - 1 Pirelli PZero Nero in 215/45/18, it has ~8/32nd's left on it. No picture of this one but it's in good shape.
$40 OBO - 1 Goodyear Eagle F1 A/SC in 215/45/18, it has ~6/32nd's left on it. No picture but it's in good shape.
$10 - Metra radio wiring harness. Bought this because It was supposed to be compatible with 06+ Chevy's but didn't work with my Cobalt SS. I believe it fits 07+ Cobalt SS and 06+ HHR's, you are responsible for figuring that out though.

$5 - GM radio antenna adapter. Fits many GM cars, used it when I installed an Alpine HU in my GTP and my SS.

$10 - Cobalt Dash install kit with pocket. I drilled a hole out in the back of the pocket to run the iPod cable through the back for a clean installation.

$50 OBO - 05/06 Cobalt SS (and other models with the same radio connection) wiring harness and PAC OEM2 Converter box that is required to install an aftermarket HU into your car with the Pioneer sound system. This setup allows you to retain the function of the factory and and sub, all while adding an external amp/sub/HU. This is soldered and wired correctly, ready to go.

$50 FIRM gets you the wiring harness with OEM2 adapter, Dash trim kit and antenna adapter.
$150 OBO - SS rear end parts, 5x110 ABS rear hubs, backing plates, calipers, and e brake cables. Hubs have 58K miles on them, bearings are tight and have no play. Calipers have the same number of miles, pistons move freely, one had the e-brake mechanism stuck and I sprayed some PB blaster on it so it moves now. I can't be sure that it's functioning properly, though, you'll have try it out. E brake cables only have 35K miles on them. Cheap way to start to convert your drums to discs.

On the off chance that any of you have a 97-03 Grand Prix:

im almost done. the guy i got the kit from forgot to send me the lower manifold mount so thats all im waiting on. after that its just bolting everything on loading up the tune and goin for a drive. so theres about 2 more hours of work at this point, just waiting on that damn part
if anybody has a spare lower intake manifold brace for the lsj intake manifold i will pay top dollar for it. im waiting on one to finish my build and the guy who was supposed to send it forgot to again. ive been waiting 11 days for it now, and i need to get my car up and running
lifter where the hell have you been lol?
drumrush, did you have an intake from ur previous setup? im wanting to get an intake to complete my I/H/D/E but i was gonna look for a used one first.
if not ill look for a nother stock airbox and cut it up to put a cone on it

Claude washed and waxed my Balt yesterday in the60 degree weather. Now she is stuck in my garage until the spring. Looks like the 96 olds cutlass is my dd for the next few months lol. You never know, Ohio has had a great November but we can have snow until April lol
I'm an auto which sucks, but this car only cost me 5k so I can deal with it haha. it screams like you wouldnt imagine, I'll have pics and videos up tomorrow
If you feel like hearing it in person just come to mentor lol

i may just come to mentor. i was gonna superchargeover the summer but went broke trying to do it. may have to revisit this since it does seem way easier than turboing. the parts i did get before were actually pretty crappy
