If anyone knows someone interested in a 2009 SS with 59k on it, they have til Thursday to buy it lol

Im planning on trading the car in Thursday so its up for grabs til then.

 

I live about 45 minutes from Norwalk I may have to run out there and see what he can do with my car. And for anyone interested me and some buddies are running to 42 tonight for test and tune come meet up!

 

Is there anyone that can tune that lives close to Polaris or Columbus?

 

Boost leak test backfired on me...

 

Anyone in here rolling in a Red SS coupe. Evo mod. ZZP triple pod. Exhaust. Couldnt tell if it was SC or TC but we rolled passed eachother on Drake Road in Strongville, OH going opposite direction. Both rev'ed at eachother as we passed. I was surprised to see a nice and clean SS in the area. This was Friday 9/27/13.

Had compressor set to 25psi, everything was all good, sat at that pressure for 5 minutes or so. Then on its own decides to jump up to 40psi and blows out and smacked the fender. Good news out of it, i know my pipes can handle 40psi lol

 

what are you trading the car for?

 

No longer trading it. Was gonna get a 2013 malibu ltz, but when i went to do the final deal, the dealership decided to change the price completely and wouldnt give it to me for what they said they would originally. Said my salesman was new and didnt know what he was doing and promised me things he couldnt do. I was getting the car for 28k otd and they were gonna pay off my lease. I walked as soon as they said they couldnt do it.

 

Those are nice. I want one but they are pricey. I could definitely rock the automatic transmission since its a 2.0 turbo putting down about 260/295 stock. Throw a tune on it with HPT and that would be a fun, comfortable, sleeper.

 

Ya it would, just stock it moves pretty good!

 

Blue ss supercharged headed towards canton on 77 about 2 weeks ago anyone on here? I was in my sport red ss with gold lnf wheels.

Sold the ss today now looking for a nice 4 door! Sad to see it go but am looking forward to my next car. I will continue to keep on here. Let me know if you see any good 2009 sedans around.

i mean not to defend Honda's and the owners but who are we to call them shitty? minus a turbo and add what .2L are they not somewhat the same? 4cyl FWD?

granted majority of them look/sound like complete utter crap but that is just due to the vast amount of hondas out there AND how incredibly cheap the aftermarket junk is for them...

And unless they are Force Induced in some form outside of CLEAN visual mods it cant do much more than silly little one wheel burn outs....

Almost everyone has had that stage where the car they have no matter what it is, well its the **** to them... some have just grown up in age just not maturity level....

So your no longer allowed to gather at this place called Fatmans, to be honest i wouldnt have been excited from the get go with a name like that... thankfully down here i know a small handful of meets that take place at Quaker Steak n Lube....

but i had to add my two cents on the whole "shitty hondas" aspect because some can be quite nice..

your quite right, i dont know anything about the cars/drivers, nor where it all took place.. the post was simply to add that almost everyone has had their phase of immature driving practices and now they are just being hypocritical... i am sure if you come up with something similar to the RK practices(quiet, no revving, no burnouts, cleaning up after yourselves etc) they might let some people back.. you never know just let it blow over during the fall/winter and see what they say come spring..

it does make them the same... for the cost of the 2010 SS/TC brand new you could have bought a 96 civic si, bought a motor swap, and built for a decent turbo set up... thus making it the same class compact "performance" car...
