cant beat that.. free springs... and it would be kewl cus i can get them interchanged for warmer colder months.... alright. after finals ill make a plan to drive over there... its like a two hour drive i think.
It's like people forget that it snows here every year and lose the small amount of driving ability they had before.
i think i remember you trying to sell them once before.. i saw pics of them when you had em on... im seriously interested, but my parental units will say some ****, ill just say i got them as a christmas gift hahahahahaha. but a two hour drive would be kinda kewl. BUT im not sure about them fitting in the trunk... but yeah ill look at my calendar and figure out the best time, im trying to get tint in the next week here also.
If you put down the rear seats... all 4 will fit. I've done it 2 or 3 times with my car now.

haha nice yeah wow all those ppl interested and no one came to get them? so you are still goig to sell them for 400? even if i come to pick them up? i guess thats ok.... since you are giving me SS/SC springs..
Just got new tires on the Grand Prix, so snow's not a problem here, although it does suck at work. I work at a car dealership, so everytime I got to grab a car, I gotta clean all the snow off the damn thing first. It's a real pita.
Trans Fluid - $50 at most... probably don't need.
Brake Fluid - $5 maybe... probably don't need.
Front Rotors - $160-$220... probably don't need.
Rear Rotors - $150-$200... probably don't need.
Front Pads: $79
Rear Pads: $69
Sway Bar End link can be had from $50-$150
Most of that stuff, you shouldn't need on an 08, yet. I think that shop is just trying to make some money. For the rotors, you can probably get away with getting them turned. I've got stock LSJ rotors that I'll give you for free if you buy the wheels and tires, actually.

I can't even tell what half that says... but their pricing looks ridiculous. I could fix that crap for a fraction of the cost... I have before on my own car.

Used... but I'll have the turned before you pick up the wheels and tires.

That is why I stay away from NTB, everyone that I have talked with has had trouble with them. Drew, have you ever done a brake job? It is not really that hard. I did two this year alone. I even painted the calipers. What is that Tranny fluid made of, gold? A good filter kit and fluid should not be that much, even if you get full synthetic. I would hate to see what they would charge for my truck or the old car, they both hold 12 quarts.
Get another estimate. The Goodyear store in town is usually good. The owner is a gear head.
Oh, and what snow. I have Blizzak LM 60's on the Cobalt now. Everyone hates me due to the amount of water and stuff those tires throw back. They are worse than my truck with the tires that I put on that thing.

And Drew, dude....if you need help doing some of the work, I can help you. Gotta' learn to do this on your own; You'll save tons of dough in the end.
And at least you don't have a SC blocking the oil filter cap *shift eyes*
