I'm not getting it fixed, not at that price anyhow. Hopefully I'll find a rear bumper somewhere already painted LBM and I'll just buy that.

BTW, I think the rear bumper is made of unobtainium.

 

So there's a good chance I'm selling the SS this week. Hopefully anyhow. I'll be taking less than what I suppose I could get, but I don't have to get any of the damage fixed, so it balances out.

Ran a carfax on it finally and it came back clean...looks like the previous owner also lied about turning it in to insurance to have it fixed after he swiped the guardrail O_o

Ya, some owners do lie about how they treated their cars. I have seen some that were total pig pens, but if you did not clean a small amount of wax out of a small crack or scratch that they put in, they would yell bloody murder. And then they expected you to clean up the mess in their car to boot.

 

I'm getting a WRX or a STi. I've had nothing but bad luck with this car so I'm just gonna quit while I'm ahead.

 

I know a guy sellin a 611awhp STi...lol.

Well the car didn't sell today. Kid and his mom came to look at it, she wasn't entirely comfortable with him getting a SS as his first car though. It's cool though, it'll sell, especially once the bumper and stuff is fixed.

I'll probably throw them in over break. I'm planning on going back to stock in the spring, then selling the car (and doing the same with my R6) so that I can afford to get a nice, low mileage STi, but I might as well enjoy this stuff while I have it.
