Most likely you didnt get the lower "T" piece slipped in with the headlight bucket most likely. Mine did this but took a look at it and noticed the headlight was sitting ontop of the bucket instead of sliding into it.

Yea I checked, its in there. I checked to see if the bulb was loose to but its not. Just seeing if anyone else has had the problem...I noticed some people had this problem with the gen 3's. I'll just let it go, theirs probably nothing you can do anyway.

Yeah had the same issue. Just takes some time. Though you have to be careful. I accidently broke off 1 of the tabs. But it still works fine and doesnt bounce.

I heard they fixed it but I still wouldn't risk it, I put HID's in mine right away. I have heard of the stress cracks happening after 2weeks.

I'm pushing it with mine...I installed mine w/o the HID's. I will have my HID's in a week or so...so that will be about 10 days tops without them. Hoping there is no stress cracking...otherwise I'll try to get a new pair one way or another.

I've had these (Gen 4 Depo) for almost a year now with standard Bulbs. No problems whatsoever. No lens cracking at all.

Just posted this, but I'll say it again...standard bulbs in for 10 months...lenses like new.
I do turn off my DRLs though.

i had these in black for about 6 months. the fit was terrible on the passenger side, it wouldnt fit flush at all, about an inch away from the hood. other than that they are the best looking lights for the cobalt.

i have to buy some new ones, ill prolly just buy some black stockers and save $ and have a better fit

Yea it takes some time to get these to fit right. The tabs can be a pain.

I spent hours trying to get it. I'm sure it must have had a defect
