FINALLY in an LNF Balt SS
Been on here for awhile even before I had a cobalt ss and I am happy to say I finally managed to find a good one! Flew to cali from new Mexico and drove her straight hope 13 hours like a champ. Shes got 124k miles but a new head from zzp after cylinder 4 went on the previous owner. Pretty much a full bolt on zzp car with an hp tuners tune and 4.45 gears. I cannot wait to do a full paint correction and ceramic coating and a retune for this altitude but figured I'd stop by and say what's up!

gearing was amazing! Much more usable power all the time and sitting around ~3k rpm at 75. Thankfully she has the zzp Downpipe and the turboxs rfl catback with 2 resonators so the drone isnt yoi bae. I've gone through straight pipe freeway driving and my bleeding ears hated me haha

yeah. By no means was i giving it in 5th gear, way too much load on the motor especially on a long drive but it was nice to have some passing power if I needed to get by a semi. Thank you! I'm extremely excited haha.

this is gunna be a blast at the track then 🙄🙄🙄 the factory launch control definitely will be useless. I'm on some semi sticky tires and I still spin through first on a roll so I can only imagine off a dig.

You can either ride the clutch and let it out slow, or you can walk it off the line at 3k or so. Either way you are north of 2.0 on your 60ft. I spun out of the hole on everything I've tried so far, but I never got the slicks down under about 11psi. I'm using a wot box that helps develop about 4psi of boost and I'm trying to leave about 5200.
I've tried around 4000 with drag radials to no avail. At least I don't spin in 2nd with slicks, as I did on every other tire than them.
When I switch to a 4.05 ratio it will be better. I didn't struggle near as much on the 3.82 gearset.
