Idle RPM going up and down

Team,

So when I'm on neutral or coasting my rpms go up and down below 1000 rpm. I recently switch the spark plugs, got new air filter and changed the oil, but for some reason it keeps doing it. Can someone let me know what the problem can be?

Thanks
-Lehi

Could you please let us know what type engine you have? and how many kms you have?

A random guess I would say the throttle body needs cleaning. Just a guess tho

Yep sounds like the throttle body needs a cleaning.

I am not sure if this works or if its beneficial on a supercharged model, But check out Powell racings oil/air separator to help avoid or at least get more miles/kms out of it before it needs a cleaning again.

Maybe let a supercharged guy chime in to see if the separator is beneficial for you or do some thread searching and see.

Hope this helps, Keep us posted

Ah, so the Supercharged 2.0L LSJ. Sorry, thought you had supercharged the 2.4L LE5 that came on the lower model SS.

Is the check engine light on? Any codes?
