Need some mad help.

Alrighty so if had many issues with my cobalts but it’s good enough to drive. Recently I was going through some wiring trying to figure out some codes and I disconnected the pcm , when I hooked it back up I get dtc codes for everything on the tps circuit and my car goes into reduced power mode, it turns over but will not start. I checked to make sure I didn’t bend any prongs on the pcm so I am not sure if a fuse blew or what could be causing this , let me know if you can give me any ideas.

I have a bunch of other issues but before I start asking more I would like to get the car back into running order

nope , But it’s got 7 codes now which leads me to believe that it’s either a wire or the pcm itself

Have you made sure that the PCM connector snaps down properly?

It could be the PCM itself, as well. Was it disconnected while the key was on? Was the battery still connected (not usually a problem)?

Battery connected shouldn't be a problem. Key on while disconnecting would be a problem - typically the security light would turn on when keyed on though.

Did you disconnect the throttle body connector?

yea , the security light isn’t on , and yes it was the middle one that has the throttle body connected to it , if that makes sense

No, I mean have you taken the connector off of the throttle body recently? That connection is a bit of a PITA, and if it isn't fully made, it can cause all sorts of issues. If yours still has the "safety wire" attached, it is useful to use it to make sure it doesn't come undone, as well. You have to make sure that it clicks fully. When you turn the key to "On", you should be able to hear it cycle open and closed.

What codes did you have before you touched the wiring and what new codes did you have after? What all components have you touched, disconnected/reconnected, etc. while going through you wiring?
