Thanks guys. Monieg5gt I appreciate the info. This week I'm changing out my intercooler pump. It still needs some body work also before I get into the paint job. Then I'm looking into just what you said with the air flow. I might do the suspension a bit sooner due to needing to get my bushings replaced.so I figured just get a coilover package. Does anyone know some budget conscious mods? As far as air flow and coilovers?

If you are having to replace the control arm bushings go back in with solid rubber at the very least (stock voided rubber is junk). Being budget minded that is probably the route for you but there are options for spherical bushings if you want to go all the way. However, I'm assuming the solid rubber bushings will be just fine for your needs.
For more power and airflow you will get the most bang for your buck by dropping a pulley size or two, injectors, and ideally some intercooler modifications for improved charge cooling capacity. Of course you will need to have your tune adjusted but anything that is going to add real power will require that. Only do exhaust if you really want the sound. Exhaust has a low HP gain per $ spent if you get a proper full cat-back. The stock exhaust is not that bad. Same with the stock intake. I don't own an LSJ but I have seen people talk about "stock airbox mod" that appears to provide as much benefit as an aftermarket CAI of the stock diameter. Someone that is more familiar with that mod may chime in and correct me or add details.
Thank you. So far zz has been my go to. One part at a time. I just replaced me intercooler and cleaned up my throttle body and noticed it does not sit flush in the center. Could this be that it needs replaced? Upon fire up it revs up like crazy then idles between 900 and 1k RPM
For suspension are you going for improved handling, ride quality, or stance? This will help determine optimal struts and springs or coilovers. If your goal is more performance oriented with a desire to still have a smooth ride I always recommend the plug-and-play YYZ spring-FE5 strut combo package that CED and I think ZZP even sells now. Great handling without sacrificing ride quality. It drops the ride height a little but it isn't the ideal option for those seeking low stance.
