I am her trying to figure out my friends Cobalt 2.4 race car.

It is for dirt track and he got it as two cars 1 was a good body and the 2nd one was a dirt track car the was wrecked.
gutted the good body and put motor, transmission, computer, stringing column and wiring.

Not getting anything from starter or fuel pump got a book from parts store but it is a joke dose not even have wiring diagram for fuel pump.

Any suggestions?

You'll have to go through the typical diagnosis for no start. Check battery voltage, check voltage at the starter, see if the solenoid works, etc. etc.

 

I have power at starter and at fuel pump. Not getting signal to starter solenoid or to the fuel pump.
