Hey Guys, I just siged up today, have a 2008 Chevy Cobalt. Its not the SS and was given to me by my parents who recently repoed it back from my brother the Meth Head. Lets just say the car is in less than desirable condition hense how I found you guys. The exterior is in pretty good shape minus the door jams that are really jacked up from him trying to break into his own car. Really a shame he destroyed such a nice car. Interior is trashed, carpet and seats. The carpet I ripped out ( no way was it salvagable) the seats I just too the seat covers off and washed believe or not came super clean. Im pretty handy with my hands and have a sprot bike I ride (Honda 919) that Ive done alot of work myself on so hopefully I can get this car back into somewhat decent shape. I ordered some carpet which should be in next week, Still cant get the seat covers off the drivers/passenger back any ideas or advise would be greatly appreciated. I be searching the forums for info on that and weather stripping replacement for the passenger and drivers doors. Looks like there are some pretty sweet rides on here. str8

 

welcome sorry to hear about the car and the meth brother lol .... umm if your looking for stuff to replace the trashed car... the classified can help alot, make a wanted thread and list everything you are looking for and people will come. you can also check out ebay they might have some stuff... local salvage yards will be good too.
