New guy here from PA

Hey guys I'm new here and I'm probably going to get bashed but I own a Pontiac G6 2.4L LE5. I joined this forum to learn more about how to supercharge this thing like my Cobalt big bros. I'm not sure if anyone has even attempted this before but I'm going to give it a shot. If you guys have come across something like this before please feel free to PM me with any useful info. I'm not looking to go with any high HP numbers but just make this car a little different and a little faster.

Main things I'm looking to get info on are:

- list of parts for the supercharger conversion
- what to use for tuning

So def look for my future posts and questions....thank you guys!!

Be warned, you be trolled and flipped **** until the end of time for not searching the forum threads, but it's all in fun (i got **** forever until i started searching). the site's search doesn't work too well, but you can go to google and type in "css.net" and whatever you're looking for, and it'll pull up the build threads well.

I'm at work and can't do much searching/providing for you, but thought i'd throw that out there and say welcome.

There's some pretty cool people on these threads that will be willing to help, they just want to know that you'll try for yourself along with asking questions.

Well thank y'all very much for the warm welcome. I will try my best to search this site before I ask anymore dumb questions. I hope to be boosted in one way or another like most of you guys. I will start a build thread once I get all the parts. See you guys around!

There's a good SC how to thread by Beck, you'll want to usr HP tuners and pick up a LSJ take off kit in the classifides.

That's reasonable depending on how complete it is or isn't.

Anywhere from $600-1200 seems to be the going rate entirely dependent on how complete it is.

Welcome to the site hndah8r! Hopefully you can find what you're looking for from some of the forum members here. If not feel free to also check out Pontiac G6 Owners Club or G6Performance.com if you haven't already done so. These sites may help as well.

Cheers!

I've been a member of both those forums for a while. They actually told me to try this place cause we share the same engine...lol.

Plus I'm getting a little bored over there. It seems all they talk about are headlight retrofits, intakes, and coilovers. No one has really done anything with boost to their G6.
