If You got what you wanted and it's in great shape then no you didnt overpay. There is an ass for every seat it just so happens your seats havent seen many! Lol Adding mod's wont hurt the engine the Ecotech's are very strong. Start small with an intake/header/exhaust. Then do pulley/injectors/tune for power. Visual is up to you! So is suspension as there are options!
