Need advice on nitrous!!

Ok well i'm looking to spray a 35-40 shot on my car. What is the best sytem you guys prefer and where can i get it? Also for sneaky reasons can i purge into the intake tube? This is the first time messing with nitrous and i want to do it right.

Thanks
Brian

also, no don't purge into your intake...that would be pointless.

just aim it at the ground inside your engine bay.

also I'm not sure how safe purging into your intake would be, lol

the only time really I ever purge is to empty the lines after I close the bottle...and of course you wouldn't wanna inject nitrous into your intake, for whatever reason start the car up again and be met with a surprise.

also the only other use I've found is to purge if your bottle pressure gets a little high...

other than the first reason, its only purpose has been to scare people or show off.

purge'n in your intake is a huge mistake........... that will cost you. puddle'n FTL.

i pretty much only purge when i close the bottle to clear the line, or when i open the bottle to prime it.................or when i just wanna be a show off to some off the muscle car guys that think they are big and bad purge'n thier system when they pull in the lot

Most people on here go with the ZEX system. It's high quality, though a little pricy.

Before you decide, have a look at what Dynotune offers:
http://www.dynotunenitrous.com/store...?idCategory=46

You can get a complete, quality system with: 10lb bottle, window switch, pressure controlled bottle warmer (the best), purge kit, blowdown kit (needed to be IHRA legal), and pressure guage for only $740 brand new!

Of course you can get everything seperately. The base kit is only $389, while the ZEX base kit usually runs $569-599 depending on where you get it from.
