nitrous on my 2.4auto
the S200 would also depend on the driver.
Do the tires spin out of the hole at all? if so maybe drop the fronts down to 28 PSI and run the rears high (45-50 PSI) be sure to adjust them back to normal when youre done though. if you dont spin out of the hole, dont lower the fronts, theres no need, but still air up the rears.

B&M shift plus will significantly help 1/4 times! i just put mine in yesterday, it was a little funky at first, but then i reset the battery and it seems to work great now, i drive in stage 1. stage 2 is too rough for me although it does chirp the 1-2 shift, and in the rain lays tire through 2nd gear shifting pretty cool, but it really hurts when you accelerate about 80% and let off in traffic before you shift the trans jump shifts quick and sometimes sqeaks/slips, like i said stage 2 too much for daily driver.
cope with what? a wet shot is tapped right off the fuel rail not needing any larger injector. stock injectors are good for up to like 180 or so .. yes you could get 32s but without like cams theres really no reason to put yourself in that position
Depends on the size of the shot. A 50 shot would be 50 brake horsepower. You might lose some through the drivetrain. Same follows for 75 or a 100 shot. I believe the build book from chevrolet says the 2.2 can handle a 75 shot safely, not sure on the 2.4 however. It also makes a difference whether or not it is NA or Forced induction. Forced induction can actually boost the effectiveness of the shot. Hope that helps Kilo1

Considering that you don't drive all out all the time, and you just need the extra power if and when... It seems like a nice alternative and cheaper than a turpo/supercharger kit plus instal... But how safe is it for the engine?
Thank you!!! Now I have some idea on what you guys are talking about!!

Just to clarify, L will shift to 2nd, but not 3rd. I will shift to 3rd but not 4th, and D, well just don't race in D. Also B&M shiftplus is great, recommended of you aren't getting a tune soon. Stage 1 is great for DD, and S2 is really rough, not recommended for DD.
Side note: when you are in I it increases trans fluid pressure 'slightly' so it does shift a little harder than in D
