That Ford GT sounded so damn mean. Cool factor is through the roof with that car. And props to the owner for giving that beast some track time. I hate people that own cars like that and pussyfoot them around the lake on sundays.

 

uni was ****** packed this weekend cant wait for carcraft definalty bringing the ion there lol..

 

nice, i would bring my ss but i've decided for car craft i'm havin my cousin pic me up at my house in his viper and i'll roll down uni and through porky's a few times then have another one of my buddies there bring me home lol. been a long long time since i've been able to do that, i figured carcraft was a good time to do it again! at least for the first night, may bring the ss down another night of the weekend

anyone else plannin on bein down there? we should try and meet up somewhere

 

FYI that 1988 Audi was faster down the runway than the Ford GT


Ford GT hit 131mph
1988 Turbo Audi hit 140mph
My Cobalt SS hit 107mph
P's Mazda Speed3 hit 106mph
Evo's were 104-111mph
Corvette race car hit 130mph

 

i still protest my top speed, cuz on my other runs i had 106 (on list). The radar guy also was standing at the finish line so a couple runs i saw my speedo hit near 115mph.....

 

Yeah me too...oh well maybe next time they'll make sure to move him back to number 4 or 3.

i'm game for a meet for carcraft too. carcraft is 25-27 of july. i'll be there for sure but i don't live as far away as rochester or duluth, only bout 10 min
