hey Hoffa - you can upload pics into your VBgarage, through your UserCP...

sorry I didn't catch you guys Saturday - got into a painting project at the house and when I drove by your place, just saw your car with the hi-wing on out front. We gotta get together one of these times and maybe have a beer or something...

hmmm... Wednesdays @ 6-7pm, we'll usually get a sitter and go to Dan's Dugout and play poker w/friends and of course around 10-11pm, its time to pay the sitter (still in HS, but she somtimes goes to ZaZa's for wings) I'm also game for a beer just about everyday... perhaps one of these weekends, we'll be able to meet up...

Well, so far so good on the stock tires this Mild but freezing winter. I does take me till about 4th gear to get moving on the snow with them but over all its not any worse than my 2.2 Cavalier with bald tires

It's definitely a challenge with these rosso's. Thankfully I have a clutch to control the torque...an automatic would be miserable with these tires. It's pick your poison in MN unless you can afford 2 sets of tires. Buy good winter tires and yer spinnin em all summer, get good summer tires and yer spinnen em all winter. Hopefully we can find a good middle ground. I used to have the Kumho Ecsta's on my RWD Mustang, and those didn't do too bad in the winter.

Hey PBzo2, how much wear have you seen so far on the rosso's? I'm at 12k miles now and will be lucky to get these tires thru the fall...

I got my GMPP installed today and drove around a bunch. After about 70 miles the exhaust was broken in and sounded friggen awesome. I highly recommend it to anyone that owns a cobalt in any trim.

I only have about 4500 miles on my tires and no matter what Im using them untill next winter. I'll drive the hell outta them this year an maybe pick up a set of winter only tires and wheels and then just keep a set of summer only tires on the stock wheels.

As for the exhaust...I love it. I would never go back to stock cuz it just sounds so bad ass now

How dark did you go? I def. need to tint my windows. I've always had tinted windows on my cars and miss it alot.

First saturday of the month sounds great to me for meets. I'll start a new thread in a bit here so that everyone can start marking their calendars...APRIL 7th

Well I'm getting done on April 6th. Legally, in MN, you can only do 50% unless you have a doctors perscription (Mike06cobalt has one, and he has like 22% or something like that.)

I'm gonna go 30%, only because I don't want to much attention from Mr. 5-0. Plus I think anything darker would be too hard to out of at night.

I say we should stick to the 1st sat a month every month (til it gets cold again!)

I had 15% on my last car and it definitely hurt night visibility, not to mention the 2 tickets I got for it. I wanna go 35 or 40 on mine.
