Guys I'm looking to getting more exposure and what not for the not yet shop.. My idea right now is to get pictures and what not and starting a blog site. Basically I am looking for cars that either need/want stuff done, tuning, aerodynamic testing blah blah blah.. So give me your ideas, what do you need done? Can i document it? I have all sorts of tools, measuring equipment, testing equipment.. Give me your ideas and lets work something out

White smoke is normally coolant and black is oil. I have seen the Intake mani get a crack and it would leak into the engine and create white smoke. Run a scan see if any codes pop up if none do then I would say no bigy inless it keeps doing it over and over.

add-a-fuse to coil side of a relay, ground other side of coil.
direct battery voltage with a fuse to switch side of relay, other side of switch to pump.. ground pump

TO a point, There are a few lo-tec ways to see the flow of air over a car, and I have a few tools that can measure the pressure on the car

 

for vortex generators, I can only think of taping the wool string pieces on the car...

Parnell, yeah you can use the string to see how the air flows over the car, but I have a couple pressure gauges that are sensitive enough to actually read the pressure around the car...Say if you want to see if a ram air hood is actually going to do anything, or if spacing the hood up is going to help you cool your engine.
See the pressure differential over your intercooler, to see if you can improve it (which will aid in cooling)

 

well i haven't even been on here in a few weeks, i hate signin on just to tell you guys the bad news...

i may need another new engine. i have no idea if that's true or not but they told me that semi jokingly and yeah... every time i cold start the engine now it barely comes to life and has a horrible rough idle. constantly leaking coolant somewhere and going by the strong smell of coolant within the car when i start the cold engine i'd guess it's burining it somewhere

wells fargo is also bendin me over and havin their way with me. my monthly payment is $350 even after the blown engine was tacked on. i payed last month with a check (same as i did with gmac) and mailed it to them in their pre printed envelope. for whatever reason it took them 10 freakin days to cash the payment so it was considered late however the check went through. over the last few days i've recieved three voicemails (one at work and two on my home phone) stating that i haven't made my first month's car payment and they are going to send me to collections if i don't pay it. my payment this month according to the bill i just received is $846 from late fees and the first month's supposed missing payment. of course i'm going to fight this however it's really got everything on hold for me

hate to say it but everything i had planned this summer has fallen through due to all this ****. i will not be able to make it to the ced meet this year as i said i was, my trip to georgia to visit tommy as he comes back from iraq won't be happening and my trips to visit family in iowa won't happen and p i probably won't make it up to duluth on our cruise while tommy is home now. my cruises i was planning and the dyno day i had set up aren't happening either nor will the wild suite i planned on getting middle of next season and the twins games this season at the new stadium. i'm pissed...

The dealer should find the issue with the motor and either do their own warranty work, or isnt the crate engine warrantied?

To Wells Fargo....go **** yourselves...you are not receiving a single payment more towards this house and I will continue to live here as long as possible...oh, and I will be lawyering up to make it more of a pain in the ass to get me out of the house!
