University is the street in St. Paul that car people hang out on. It's dead now that it's getting cold. Do you happen to drive a red SS with black graphics on it?

What do you guys do for storing your car with e85 in the tank? I know the ethanol brings in a lot of moisture so i'm not sure how i should store my car for the winter...

I didn't, but now after day 7 of antibiotics, they actually seem to be working and I'm feeling pretty good. I'm still sick, but I am much better than I was in retrospect.

Go Evo X if you get one of the two, but why not just hold on to the TC? Will you come out pretty well if you sell your car or will you be upside down?

Also, curious about the CAB's...how much and they fit SS/SC control arms? or just SS/TC control arms?

I'm in need of a pair of SS/SC control arms as I have a pair of bad rear bushings and I might as well replace the entire control arm and why not upgrade the CAB's while I'm at it...ZZP has the SS/SC used control arms at $99.99 per side which seems reasonable.

glad to hear its starting to get better. Bad virus/things tend to take way longer. like my flu's earlier this year...fack those took over a month each.

The STi engine issue just is a huge turn off. People are on their 3rd ones all the time, they blow at like 2k miles even. All stock. Thats sooo much worse than the 2.3L mazda mzr engine issue. And the STi issue has been from 2007-2010. I would not be upside down on my cars no. I work my finances very well. I have like $3k in parts just for the SS. but the evo's back seat doesn't fold down...I don't haul much maybe 3 times a year but....ugh kind of a pain. I'd need a roof rack for the evo. for ski's and bike. It would be nice to go back to 1 car...but its soooo nice having a 4x4 suv and a summer only car. Working on a summer only car is ******* awesome. No salt, rust, corrosion. Its sooo mint. I barely take the SS in the rain. Maybe its seen rain 10 times or less. idk..maybe I need a better suv with features. I'm so undecided, but I'm going to clean the car and put it up for sale this weekend and see if theres any interest. If I can get that evo for 30....I think I may go for it after a test drive.

Oh ya the racing cab's fit the TC and SC control arm, ie the fe5 I think.

I was referring to stock SS/SC FE5 control arms that ZZP has for sale:

https://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt...1137&catid=166

I just can't find them anywhere for less than that.

I will most likely just upgrade to the stock FE5 control arms and leave it at that for now, then later on replace the CAB's, but I can't afford to do both right now, I can't afford the control arms at the moment, but I need to do something sooner than later. So I'll probably suck it up and buy those and pay a few bucks to that garage in the southern burbs so I can use their shop to install them, then I can set up with Jeff and get another alignment done before the end of the year...he said he'd give me a great deal to redo the alignment after that...just have to find some good pop or something for him as a tip now that I know he doesn't drink.
