yup there was a rebate for I think $1k for buying a new car, but I didnt even think of it as i said 21 out the door and it was a deal.

 

yeah I don't think we even asked about rebates...we played the BS game for a while...then BOOM, we busted out are number Once they knew we were for realz about walking out, then things started going R way real quick.

 

yeah they are getting the black one at the auto show only bad thing is they said it doesnt have g85 so i dont want that

If you come off to excited about the car early into the negotiations then they'll have you by the ***** and try to *** you over. Play it a cool, maybe even tell them your not a big fan of white but for the right price they could change your mind. Tell them your looking at a black one for 21,500 out the door at another dealer (do not mention the dealer)...and that for 21K out the door you'd buy the white one today.

Dont mention the G85, RPD, etc either, they'll use that stuff to try and raise the price back up.

Its all about playing the game...

I'm going to go buy that white one Monday...screw you guys...lol...so wish I could...I want one now too....I love the look of sedans though so I'd have to find one of those for me, I'd take black or silver. White is nice, but not my color.

 

White gets too dirty, and have fun cleaning all the bug marks everywhere on the bumper this summer.

Got my injen CP fully on with all new silicone couplers! holy **** the injen supplied ones are imo way to short to make good connections. These ones I got from silicone intakes were mint and stronger. Much nicer. Turbo is louder with the pipe too.

jeff...hahah we played like good cop bad cop. I would say something, but im too nice usually, so jeff would back up what I wanted in more of a serious and convincing way. I never car shop alone.

Stopped by Friendly Chev today because my wife works for Cummins and I had to drop something off to her. They had a beautiful looking Camaro SS...Bumblebee with the Transformers logos and all...Auto as well. Yes, I know lame, but I would get an auto. Too bad I can't afford a nearly $40k car. Probably closer to $35k with negotiations, but still. That's almost 3 times what I paid for my Cobalt...only $12k in 07.

Nothing like being out and about with a sick child (pinkeye)...so tomorrow Oliver goes back to daycare, but today he's home with me...sick day for main job and delivering pizza tonight for some decent money.
