CT Cobalts
I had to cut it on either side of the rusted out flange. Then I used a 2.5" to 2.0" reducer and two clamps. Unfortunately the 2.0" side of the stock exhaust is crush bent so there is still a leak there. I'm going to toy with it some more but if it still leaks I'll just slap some jb weld in there and be done with it. 
It sounds much better now though. Tim had to take a video of when the exhaust was off of it; the truck actually sounded pretty mean. lol

yeah the meet was pretty good, we had a really good turnout. it was kinda cold though but hey a meet is a meet. Wasnt a bad ride up there either, but the ride back absolutly sucked cause of traffic backed up forever on mass pike.

I dont know, I think Im all done for awhile. I recently got my swaybar just cause it was a great deal, and I just had to do brakes and got all 4 snows with steelies.
I usually dont even like exhaust but I love it on this car, made a few hp also, Im sure that header would do great for #'s!

I put down 266 with a shity tune? My AIT 2 was 138 at 7000 rpm's! I built a custom intake manifold.

Ted also owns an ss/sc which he has tuned, and has tuned a handful of other cobalts, including the new turbo ones, with amazing results.
