thanks, finally got to drive it last night and this morning. it feels awesome. i forgot how a supercharged car feels. it's a different kind of fast from my wrx.

 

I love being sc. I keep toying with turbo ideas but I would hate to see my car not sc. Let us know when your Going to head up to smg, he moved to a diff location

 

I'm working on selling my wrx, then i can start looking at cobalt mods lol. where did he move to? it'd be cool to have a small meet with some of us from back in the day again.

i love the torque curve of the supercharger, my wrx makes 320tq and i swapped in a sti 6 speed so it goes pretty good. the cobalt just feels faster, i found myself speeding on the way home not meaning too. where as the wrx i always know where i'm at for speed.

 

What year wrx?
Could be faster, the bug and hawk eye wrx isnt that fast even with the sti trans. I always ran them in my LSJ.

 

it's an 08, with no 08 parts lol.. rebuilt forged motor, vf52 turbo and 05 sti transmission. it made 280hp/320tq. it's pretty fast with the short geared 6 speed.

 

He moved to his own shop less than 1 mile from the old place you dynoed at.
I'm down for a meet.

 

ok cool, yeah i'd like to check it out sometime. it would be good to meet up with everyone again. we'd probably have to tell him that we want to have a meet at his shop lol
