GREENVILLE - State police Tuesday stopped a car on westbound Interstate 84 near Exit 2 doing 137 mph in a 65 mph zone.
The driver, Sigfrido Machado, 21, of the Town of Wallkill, was ticketed for reckless driving and speeding. He’s due in Greenville Town Court Wednesday.

idiot... if your doing 137 and turbo... cop was probably stopped. he should of kept going... WAY back in my younger days i was clocked going past a cop doing 129. he was stopped. i kept my foot planted and got off. hid out in my car for 2 hours and just smoked mad cigs. i was already doing 129 it was 2 in the morning... cop was from a stop... i was ALREADY at 129 and going... if your going that quick its not worth stopping. but you have to know you will hide from a cop. if your car is rare or slow yea dont try what i did. its takes alot of ***** and cigs to complete what i did. i also never took that highway again. and Karma did catch up to me. which is why if i'm alone on the road or with a friend i'll do 5 over the speed limit. cause i did realize i was a danger to other motorists and people. so trust me that dood in the gsr will get what he deserves just like karma caught up to me
