At Ebgames if you have a regular xbox, you can trade it in to receive 80 dollars off a purchase of a 360. This is what I did. I traded in my xbox games + the console and it took about 150-160 off the 400 dollars.

I love my xbox360. I wish I didn't buy madden 07 cuz I never play it and I love football. I dunno why it's not impressing me but Call of Duty 3 and Nhl07 own me 4 life.

So test drive unlimited is better then carbon?

I haven't purchased either yet... lemme hear some more opinions!

The thing that made that unappealing to me is the mediocre backwards compatibility on 360. I still have a lot of Xbox games that I still play regularly and not all of them are supported on 360. So I kept my Xbox in my bedroom and left the 360 in the living room.

I haven't played TDU yet, but Carbon is incredibly short, seemed to me like it was one of the shortest NFS games ever. There's other stuff you can do with it and online isn't TOO bad, but overall the career mode is over pretty damn quick.

Yah thats what my friends have been saying. Now most wanted was a lot of fun. I actually used a cobalt all the way thru the career. Who would have ever known that 1 or 2 later I bought one. hhaa

Yah thats why I haven't bought it yet because of how short it is. One of my car club buds beat the game in one evening. And he had people vouching. Then again he was up all evening but still. It shouldn't be that easy.

I just went to Ebgames and bought test drive unlimited.

So far its pretty cool. Really realistic car game. Everything handles like it should and the cars perform like they should. I love how on live you actually drive around w/ other gamers to races and such. Very cool.

my gamertag is
cougarcruisin

later.

Not anymore. EB at Westmoreland mall said they would give me 35 and it had to have all original stuff and had to be a gen 2 Xbox. I laughed the whole way out the door. I hate that store. Ive had problems with them before. I dont know why i keep going back.

EB gives horrible trade-in value.

I kept my original Xbox... but that's cause it's modded. I play emulators on it all the time... plus I can burn games for free and play them on it (not that I play it much anymore other than the emulators).

TDU is very sweet... it's not a full sim, but it's a little less arcade-ish than NFS is. It's definitely a time-consuming game (a lot longer than NFSC).

I'm on Live too for anyone here that wants to add me... gamertag is PpAzZ

Agreed, unless you trade something in that's BRAND new you don't get anything, and even then it's still not great. I usually swap games with friends or sell them online and get more for em.
