Other thing that really make me nervous is Im not in one state 100% of the yr...I move around so much that somethign stupid breaking could put me in a world of hurt...plus bike is f@st@r

No, actually I may be out as well. The tuning issue is frustrating, and I refuse to go the SMT route or drop $600 on LS2-Edit. HPTuners "claims" they are going to release cam controls in the release after next, but who knows if it'll be what we need, or even when that release will finally be out.
I'm getting the new Camaro when they come out anyway. So I may just say screw it with the Cobalt. It seems like no one is really getting on the ball with the turbo aftermarket. I talked to Tag about their kit, and there are tuning issues with the 2.4L there as well (not the same as we are seeing, though). So even buying their kit is out of the question now (after talking to Jim from Tag anyway, it seems that even if they did get the tune down I'd be paying $4000 at the least... which doesn't include all the other stuff I still have to buy like gauges, IC pump, etc.).
My original plan was to keep the Cobalt and get a new Camaro in addition to it. But I may just sell the Balt when the Camaro comes out now. Till then, maybe I'll do some fun mods... like new exhaust, coilovers, cams if somebody other than JBP comes out with them, etc.

The only way to go faster with this car is to sell it, and use the money you get from selling it to put down on another car. I plan on doing this mod.
EDIT: Or buy an R6 with mod money.

If you trade in on another GM vehicle at a GM dealership its all good. But i dont think the same rules apply if you trade in at a non-gm dealership. I think its like a breach of contract and you get extra penalties. I may be wrong i havent read the contract since i made the purchase.
