More like the $20k car was a fad, not just the color. My Camaro will be blue, as long as it's not a baby blue like Arrival.
You guys are talking about stock like its something to be proud of...like ur afraid to make it your own or personalize it...then again this isnt a Scion..those are made for personalizaion /sarcasm
As for RWD inthe snow... the only experiences I have with it are my old Blazer and my S10's. The S10's had lockers. Without the transfer case engaged, the only direction they would go on shitty roads was sideways...
I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm not interested in 'personalizing' my car. It's a car. A to B transportation, that's it... it's not a show car, or a race car, or something to impress people with. It is what it is...

My dakota was teh same way...and only 2wd...was fun tho...but if you closely controlled the throttle (and i had had proper tres..not UHP summer tires)...it would gone fine...My jeep now has a full time 4wd setting for on road use...just set it in that and go...
A car to me is an applaince for speed...as is a bike...and I love speed

Full-time 4WD is nice to have, you don't even have to think about it. My trucks had BFG All-Terrains on them; they would go like hell in 4x4 but 2WD was another story. I probably could have babied it and been all right... but it was so much easier to just push the 4x4 button..
All that stuff aside, I'd be perfectly happy with the car if it stayed bone stock for as long as I had it. I loved my Cavalier and the ONLY mod I did to it was put in an upgraded factory stereo.
Egg-zackly! If I had to mod my car in order to be happy with it, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place!
Is there room at the local airport to land a rofflecopter... I'm going down fast.
BTW tag turbo kit dan, no selling this lsj manifold crap im hearing
