Dave is on that trip till late Sunday so he won't make it. Of course I will be there.

Just to let you know Dan(RL), the car drives a lot better now that its got miles on it. It Idles even better than before now. Seems more solid.

Oh and Tim, the gasket for the IM just stays on the IM till your done. When you lift the blower off, it doesnt lift off with it or anything, just stays around the IM opening. We just put some tape over the opening to block stuff from getting in the engine while we had the blower off. You can re-use the gasket no problem.

ahhhh ok... good to know.

Wes, I figured once your new tune gets time to work it would get better. Just like when you disconnect the battery, and the ECU has to relearn the paths and remap everything.

Can't wait to see what it's like.

We need to get a dyno day in soon. I want to see mine stock before I start things.. I look forward to seeing what yours does both NOW, and after you get better breathing outgoing.

See ya soon.

Anyway.... that's what I meant.
This way Brian can spend more time schmoozing it up with his crush...

Don't forget to do the "decoration" pose for the camera.

I guess I am the only one that doesn't feel like washing the car at all.

That's not nice.... she's not even going to be there. She has a horse show this weekend in Ohio.

There's a possibility that I'm going to her place Tuesday to hang out and move some wood around the property for the bonfire.

At any rate.... No... I'm going for the metal maidens of pittsburgh...

While I'm a bit tired since grandpa here stayed up too too late last night, and got up early, I HAVE to wash the car... now where's MY bikini...hehehehe
j/k.. I have none.

I need to get my **** out there and wash it. Now that F1 quali's are over I can sleep tonight knowing that Mr. Shumacher is starting from the pole.

I wish I was there tomorrow.

yah the IM gasket is more of like a metal gasket about 1/16 to and 1/8th inch thick and just stays on the car. I just put a shop rag over the whole when i changed my pulley.

Yeah, that was option # 2 using a shop rag but I am always leary about a towel's fibers getting in there, but that's me.

back in the day, you could just put a butter lid or something over the stud of the carb, but I could NOT find that dam carb on his car....

So my parents didn't care at all that we were working in the garage till 4am. They fell asleep and said they didn't hear anything. Ha... go figure.

They're not jerks or anything... I was just worried since my brother put them in a bad mood last night.

Hey guys.... I'm awake....

I hope everyone is NOT rotting in the big house this AM after leaving the cruise.

I had a BLAST for the most part last ight after teh cruise. I had areally good time at the cruise last night. Can't believe the positive responses the cars are getting there. Seems everyone that checks them out is impressed.

That couple that drove by in the white Civic Si came by ( turns out Tim knew the guy ) and his fiance` just buoght an 06 Cobalt and they were over checking the cars out. Told them to be sure to check the site out and keep an eye out for things for their car on here.

Seemed like nice people.

The bands last night were so/so that opened for the Motorpsychos. One was a local band, ( irwin local ) and the other... I dunno... seemed like they had a good following.

Some guy there started looking at me like I was an ass for talking to this girl he was interested in ( was one of my good friends, so it's not like I was hitting on her ), so it was a little tense for a while. Later that same guy went and started a mosh pit and knocked over the PA speakers and screwed everything up. It was bad. They were yelling for his head....lol, and the big bad boy stayed up by the bar after that, and ended up leaving.

Had a good time, got to see some people I don't get to talk to often and well.... I had a good time.

Didn't get in until 2

YAY... 2nights in a row
