Cobalt Windshield Wiper Motor

120 bucks shipped.

Gm retail is 125.78

Reason for selling: Don't need it!

I thought my stock windshield wiper went bad, so I made a one hour trip to a chevy dealer that had one in stock. Got all the way home, opened it, took my old one out and noticed a nut worked it's way off of the bracket -- put the bracket back on and fired up the stock one and worked like a champ. Only catch is the chevy dealer told me to go to hell because I opened the packaging.

They didn't really say go to hell, but he did say I was **** out of luck because I opened the package and that he wasn't going to do anything for me and that it was my fault for not checking that first.

So now I need to recoop for of the money I wasted on this part I don't need!

It's the same way at my shop. If we get a part from the dealer and openit before confirming we need it, it's ours. They won't take a return on an electrical part.

I took the part to two dealers and then called the one I bought it at and they all told me I was **** out of luck and told me to sell it on eBay. One guy was real helpful and took my name and number and said if any customers came in and needed one he would call me and have me sell it to the customer instead of him ordering one through Chevrolet. He showed an honest concern which I really appreciated but there was just nothing he could do.

That was the same dealership that fixed my check engine problems before. Awesome service but just nothing they could do this time.
