I have for sale the GMPP Performance system off of my 06 SS. I just put it on a week ago saturday, and i've decided to switch over to the Touring system (thanks to the local authorities).. Not sure how much shipping will be, but the box is 21x44x11 35lbs, from zipcode 12065. I'd like to get 300 for the system plus shipping. Please feel free to PM with any questions. I wont be able to take the system off the car until next weekend, but at that point i'll have pics. Again, absolutely nothing wrong with this system at all, just dont feel like getting hassled by the cops every other day.. bolted up perfectly, in great shape.. sounds awesome.

Well I guess you don't want to sell this as there has been no response to the PM so I'll most likly buy it new .

The only small thing about buying used is the 12 month warranty if someting on the exhaust goes bad I can get it replaced but with a used system & no reciept there is no warranty.

i have the touring and i don't think it that much quieter u should just add a resonator it would be cheaper

You realize your completly legal. That exhaust note is legal in all 50 states. WTF its a gm exhaust. **** the local auth. Fight that ****! Don't give up your rights so easy, this is America!

 

Guess i messed up my last post on this, but the exhaust is SOLD..

Its not so much about being legal and what not.. here in NY they have a crafty little law that says anything over stock is illegal.. which i agree is a bunch of crap.. I've heard alot louder cars go by, as I'm sure all of you have.. My friend who's a local cop got the ticket fixed.. and the car is a big enough cop target as it is, so i figured its just worth it not to get hassled.. Especially since work i work is pretty much right next door to trooper barracks. I could go for the next 10 years with that exhaust and probably never get pulled over, i just got the one cop in a bad mood.. But when you get a ticket the first day you have the thing on, its pretty annoying. I figure its one less thing i can get bothered for these days.. And on a positive note, i can here the supercharger whine much better when i step on it.. so i traded one good sound for another..
