hi all jst got my new colbalt ss s/c yesterday. I really wanted the gunmetal stock rims, but they couldent get them for me....

Anyway if anyone in my area want to trade a set of gunmetal stock rims for my set of polished rims, im down. We can go to the local dealer and they can swap them out for like 40-50 bucks each i would guess. I will only do the trade if the rims are in mint condition with NO dings, scratches, etc. Mine are 110% mint, there is only 11 miles on them as of now.

Im up to trade but right now im talking to the dealer about my paint chiping. If i can get them repainted would you trade? No curb checks ever there perfect exect for the damn paint flaking off.

 

yea man if you can get them re-painted ( by the deal, not spray paint lol ) then i would be up for trading.

 

I don't know if you really want the gunmetal ones becaust i've had mine for 12000 miles and they are chipping.

The polished are forged, much better than cast and you paid $385 more for them. Keep them, I have had bothe and I like the polished much better.

 

Seems some people have chip issues , others don't . Mine havent chiped at all and the cars a year old now .

 

yea, thats seems to be the case. Maybe it only certian production line in a certian year etc.

If anyone has a set that arent chipped and are in *MINT* condition, then im game.
