No, it isn't. There are many build book manuals for the different Ecotecs. The one she is selling is the original print version of the current revision. It's a good price. I took the PDF file of the same thing and brought it to Kinkos and them print it up two-sides pages with a nice spiral binding and it cost me more then $10.
