Midlength Header/Catted DP Combo

Must be local (Indiana) or close enough for me to drive in a few hours to pick up, and it must have a catalytic converter!

Let me know what you setup have for the LSJ and your price. CTI, Hahn, Vibrant, or anything good..... NO SHORTY, ZZP, PACESETTER, OR WEAPON R midlength

I prefer stainless steel, but I don't absolutely need it! Extra O2 sensor bung, 1.75" primaries w/3" collector, and being able to bolt to stock catback would be great.

ya i know lol but it has all of the options you are looking for including the plus sides! only problem with them is they leak at the flange between the header and dp...trying to see if a remflex gasket will work out or not

1.75" primaries, 3" collector and dp w/ hi flow cat, wideband bung w/plug, 2.5" exit, and 304 stainless... i also have the extension for the rear o2 sensor still! has less than 1000 miles on them

IDK I'm really wanting to pick it up, but I don't want to drive that far. The last few times I paid for parts on here I got screwed. Sorry.

Yeah, I'm taking ZZP off of the list. I thought they fixed the flange leak issue a long time ago. I know their flex sections used to come apart and that's probably still the case. I don't want my exhaust coming apart from "not having mounts" or by not welding the dp to the header. I just don't feel comfortable spending that kind of money only to have issues down the road. :/

Our downpipes are made from stainless steel. No worries about rusting or paint flaking off. It costs a little more but we feel it's worth it. All welding is done to the strictest of standards and bears a professional finish. Weld quality is higher than any other downpipe manufacture and a sample of one of our welds can be seen here: WELD We promise our welds to be 100% leak free. Even the flanges are stainless, which isn't something most companies can say.

Seen below, the stock pipe narrows down to a 2" hole before lowering into the cat. This is very restrictive, causes KR and a loss of HP.

Our 3" downpipe includes a Magnaflow converter, which flows 40% more than the stock unit. It eliminates the 2" restriction and the dimple where the O2 sensor normally resides. Look for gains of 5HP on a stock engine and over 10 on a modified Cobalt.

No welding or special tools required, 1/2 hour install. O2 bung and factory style hangers. Available in a mandrel taper to 2.5", 3" flanged exit for 3" cat back or a 3" weld in.

**Shipping charges are based on dimensional weight
***Due to the movement of the engine on WOT shifts, 1 or more solid engine/trans mounts will be required. If they are not used, then the flex sections warranty is voided
