why would you want to buy it you have mp3 on your sig lol..anyways,

not to be mean and try to ruin your sale....i asked GM about replacing my stock base radio with the mp3 one because i have problems with mine, and they called my dealer and the guy at the dealer said that whenever they have tried doing that switch it doesnt work well, something about the speakers dont mix or something like that. is that true or does anyone know?

 

I havent heard that, I suppose it could be true. Reason I want it, is that my MP3 is so tempermental its not even funny. Sometimes my discs work and sometimes they dont. But the CD's all play fine in other car MP3 players... I think there is something wrong with the laser, but who knows. Everytime Ive brought it to the dealer they say there is nothing wrong with it... ( I dunno what kind of tests they actually do) But anyways they said I could be a new one at their cost and theyd put it in. But its way to much money and Id rather do it myself.

 

Mine takes alot longer than my aftermarket Pioneer MP3/CD player did to load. But it eventually does. lol.

 

Lucky! lol... half the time mine doesnt even load!

 

if your mp3 players dont work why dont you bring it in and get a new once from your dealership? there are warrentlys on them you know. I heard about this problem b4 when it doesnt load the disc and it cant read it. or if it locks. just bring it in and they should replace it w/ a higher end one i heard.
