I agree, Just put this on his ITRADER:

I've waited to submit ITRADER until the deal was finished, but now at 6 months later I'm still waiting on the second half of my payment. Original deal was ssc springs + $200 cash. Sent the cash so I sent the DIY kit and 3 headlights. Ended up not being SSC springs, and he never shipped them in the first place. We agreed upon $150 refund due to shipping etc.

It was a cash + trade deal. He sent the cash and never sent the trade. Then we agreed in a $150 refund because of shipping and the cost of the trade. That's was 6 months ago and it'd really be nice if I could get that money now that really need it. Anytime I ask though its always give me more time. ;
