Hi everyone i have posted in the color match paint froum and jackalope gave me some great info however here is my issue.

I am going to be painting my HALO PROJECTION housings color match BLUE..

The only place i have been able to find what sells LASER BLUE color match paint is GMPARTSDIRECT. Problem is i live in canada and they will not ship to Canada, nor will they sell to anyone in canada even if it is shipped to a US postal box or address.... :S

Would anyone be willing to help me out and order the paint for me and then ship it to me once it arrives are you US street address door (as stated on the GMPARTSDIRECT website)? I will obviously cover all paint and shipping costs.. I can even buy you a can if you need a touch up one.

I am looking for 5 x 5oz cans i believe the total cost for those including shipping as quoted on their website is $40US. Shipping to canada would probably be another $15 or so.

If anyone else has any other suggestions i am open.

 

how exactly are you going to get the projectors apart? and would you be willing to make a second set?

 

Go to Napa. I live in Nova Scotia. I bought a pint of mettalic graphic which was a perfect match to my car and it only cost $12.00. They can put it in an areosol and I think it was like $20.00. Take the VIN in and they can give you the exact match. Worked out great for me. I've painted my CAI, drums, calipers and some interior with it.

Gm makes it in cans. There is a Canadian member on here Alpine Canada. He works at a gm store and Can probably help you out.

 

These cans are not available to Canada. I tried to get them as well. I went to an auto parts store and got my arrival blue color matched to do my headlights and it worked out great. I paid 25 dollars for a 16 OZ can which is more than enough to do your lights. Your plan is a little to much hastle because you could have a can in your hands in 15 mins if you just go to a parts store that mixes auto paint, hope this helps.
