Let me know what you think of the 70-300. I was thinking about getting that eventually along with a good wide angle lens.

I sold my sigma 10-20 and tokina 11-16 2.8 too w/ my D7000. I would have put them up for sale here, but when I put my 18-105vr and 70-300VRii up for sale here people were acting like 500 for the pair was too much.

Might want to throw an iron the the backdrop. Also the more flash you use against it, the less wrinkles will appear. Light up your subject with some strobes and you will get some great pics. Oh and Bewbs

Don't know what the camera parameters were but i can tell you one thing your subject distance to background needs to be significantly larger or the lens needed to be opened up more.

The distance for the subject to background of course can be changed depending on how you want the image to look but 5' gives a good separation without requiring strict lighting.

well first time using it lol didnt have a iron so I used febreeze and did this all in my tiny ass room so I worked with what I got. The flash on my camera doesnt work so I just use natural lighting or the strobes that I have that arent synced with the camera.

Best thing I have for my camera is the 430EX II. It's an amazing flash. I love it.
