OLYMPUS SP560UZ(Not bad for a point and shoot. ) I did some post work in PS(cs6) noise reduction sharping and minor color correction. unedited included for comparison sake.

I was going through and editing them as I was posting. Group them together if you want.

 

Still own that camera myself... shoot raw with it and you will get really good results.

Trying HDR pics again

 

Nice! I have difficulty taking pictures of fireworks...these came out good though

Yeah the D3000 isn't bad, its a little noisy when the ISO is 800 or higher though

 

 

still trying to get rid of my nikon 70-300mm vr, ive only taken like 50 shots with it. has had a uv filter on since i got it and comes with lens hood. Its a great lens i just rarely use it and i need money right now $300 shipped
