A lot of those are shooped
Like the "classy" wife in the shear polka dot dress, that is def. an x-ray pic.
Also, the twenty-something girl with her child in the tub, if you look in the showers reflection there is clearly no child there..you see the head of the faucet, not of the kid.
Though some, like the kids holding guns.

Others are just innocent pictures misenterpreted by conversvative mothers who sit on the interwebz all days.
